Ordering process

As soon as you have booked your venue, please get in touch via the wedding cake contact form to check availability. We only work on a limited number of wedding cake orders per year to ensure your cake gets the full attention it deserves. It is hence recommended that you reserve your date as soon as possible. You can save your date with a €150 non-refundable booking deposit,  and continue with the rest of your wedding planning knowing your date is secured.

If we have availability for your date, we will send a few additional questions to understand your wedding style, desires, requirements and cake design priorities. From there you will receive an initial estimated quotation based on your cake size and preferences, as well as a delivery cost. The final price will be determined once the design has been finalized.

The wedding cake price guide will give you an indication of starting prices for different cake sizes and finishes.

We will liaise via email and phone as you choose elements for your cake, using your wedding day as inspiration. All the details such as the surroundings of your venue, your colour palette, floral choices, and room decor are considered in the design of your cake. Browse our gallery for some inspiration. 

During the design process, we will organize your luxury wedding cake-tasting experience. A tasting box of 6 carefully curated cake flavours will be prepared  for delivery to your chosen address (Dublin only) or for collection,  so you can sample at leisure. If you would prefer to try our cake before booking, tasting boxes are available 3-4 times a year and can be purchased for €40  Should you decide to go ahead and book after trying the cake then this amount will be deducted from your final quote.

Once we have confirmed your cake design details, you will be provided with a bespoke proposal, including a customised quote covering all the services. When you are happy to proceed we will complete your Order Form & Invoice and send you a copy, along with our terms and conditions.  The balance of your order becomes due 3 weeks before your wedding day.

Due to the fragile nature of our wedding cakes and the intricacies of set-up, most couples prefer we deliver to their venue. We will liaise with your wedding coordinator directly and with your florist (if using fresh flowers) to ensure everything runs smoothly. 

​On the day of your wedding, we will deliver and set up your cake at the venue, adding any final styling touches to the table if needed. We will also provide allergen info and cutting instructions to your catering team. From there, all that’s left is for you to relax and enjoy every moment!
